She is a very skilled lawyer, with high intelligence and good persuasive skills. As CEO of Wolfram and Hart she has all of their resources at her disposal including powerful magics and a small army of guards. However Lilah personally is just a human.

BRIEF BACKGROUND SUMMARY: (in your own words, NOT a wiki entry)

Not much is known about Lilah's life before Wolfram and Hart. In order to have been recruited she would have to have excelled academically as well as shown a certain ruthlessness that caught the eye of Holland Manners, her boss. It is implied that she is an only child, as she uses her high wages to buy her mother 'the best room at the hospital'. She is shown to push herself as far as she can go, with a dedication colleagues may lack, in order to get past the corporate glass ceiling.

Under Holland Manners she worked closely with Lindsey McDonald and (until his death) Lee Mercer, in various schemes to drive Angel both crazy and evil. She was at the centre of the plot to bring back Darla. After Holland was killed by Darla and Drusilla, the competitiveness (described by superiors as both destructive and healthy) with Lindsey went to new heights as she tried to prove herself.

After Lindsey left and she was promoted, Lilah found herself in a key position at W&H. Again she showed her ruthlessness when she went directly to the Senior Partners and went, well, just under her superior's head when she had him decapitated. She was involved with the plots involving Holtz and Connor and seemed to be the Queen Bitch of LA.

But she did sometimes show a different side, for example when the part demon Billy made her male colleague Gavin beat her up it was Lilah who risked the wrath of the firm by killing Billy. And her involvement with Wesley, which started as an attempt to bring him over to W&H, became genuinely caring in a strange way. Just when it seemed she had maybe a chance to maybe change she was abruptly killed by a possessed Cordelia and her body was fed on by Angelus. As Wesley took her body down to cut her head off he was tormented by visions of his dead lover, showing how deep that relationship really was.

Lilah made one last appearance after her death, sent by the Senior Partners to offer the firm to Angel as her contract extended beyond death. She appeared to the fang gang after the defeat of Jasmine, a scarf hiding the scar around her neck, before she went back to hell.

And now she's back, the Senior Partners dissatisfied with how Lindsey is running things, have decided to re-ignite the destructive and healthy competition between the two.

IN GAME HISTORY

Since arriving back in LA, Lilah has been making her presence known. From the moment Lindsey quit, Lilah made the role of CEO her own. With the help of Bela Talbot, she kidnapped Peter Petrelli and tortured him to find the limits of his power. She also took revenge on Lindsey and Cathy Hyatt by plaguing them with nightmares. She introduced Princess Azula to Toru, which resulted in the capture and torture of Faith Lehane. She also has plans with regards to a few other characrters who have caught her interest.
